1.Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all countries that are part of the European Union with the same shipping rate for all countries.

 

2.What are the charges for Shipping and Handling if I am buying in US $?
We are sorry but we only sell our products to all countries inside the European Union.

 

3.What are the charges for Shipping and Handling if I am buying in EUROS €?
EUROS (€) : Purchases up to 70€ – Shipping cost 7.5€ * Purchases between 70€ and 140€ – Shipping cost 15€ * Purchases between 140€ and 210€ – Shipping cost 22€ * Purchases between 210€ and 280€ – Shipping cost 29€ * Purchases over 280€ – Shipping cost 36€

 

4.How do you ship?
We use Express postal service for most of our orders.

 

5.Where are you located?
Rockstar Clothing is European company. All items will be shipped directly from EU.

 

6.I Live in Germany. How long will it take me to get the merchandise?
It usually takes 5-7 working days.

 

7.I would like to exchange my merchandise. What do I need to do?
For all exchanges please contact info@rock-star.com for further instructions.

 

8.Which credit cards do you accept?
PayPal is our only credit card processor at the moment. They support all major credit cards.

 

9.How do I use PayPal?
If you do not have an account with them please click “Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout” and enter your credit card info. We work with PayPal because they offer maximum security for all money transfers. If you already have an account with them simply enter your username (your email) and password and click “Pay” button.

10.How do I make an order?
To make an order simply select product you wish to buy and click add to cart. Once done with shopping click Proceed to checkout in right sidebar and enter your shipping 7 payment information.
